Designed for multiple cold weather climates and activities the Generation III Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (GEN III ECWCS) consists of a versatile, multi-layered insulating system that allows the soldier to adapt to varying mission requirements and environmental conditions.

This quality thermal underwear is made from extremely soft and light channelled polar of net structure that possesses a very soft grip, high warming qualities and allows for quicker moisture evaporation. Moreover it is highly breathable, guaranteeing free circulation of air. The net on the inner side of the underwear catches warm air and keeps it close to the body providing extra warmth; at the same time moisture gets out through channels.

The long sleeved shirt features thumb holes, turtleneck collar with chin guard and a mid-chest zipper. The base of the zipper is reinforced with nylon webbing and for additional insulation. What is more the back of the shirt has a contoured long tail.
